1. Authorised use
Downloaded files are supplied exclusively for the professional marketing and promotion of the relevant properties, within the scope permitted by the current contract or collaboration agreement with REALNYX.
2. Publication in accordance with the collaboration agreement
The agent or collaborator downloading the files undertakes to publish, communicate and use the material only as authorised by the collaboration agreement, observing REALNYX commercial instructions, current property information and third-party rights.
3. Commercial purpose
The material may be used for real-estate commercial purposes only while such use remains authorised. It may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred as an independent image library or used to promote properties, services or brands unrelated to the authorised purpose.
4. Integrity, branding and information
Authorship notices, marks, references or identification elements forming part of supplied material must not be removed. The collaborator must avoid publishing information known to be outdated, incorrect or no longer authorised.
5. End of use
Where REALNYX withdraws a property, communicates a change of status, revokes authorisation or the collaboration ends, the professional must cease use of the material where required by the collaboration agreement or the instruction received.
6. Contract precedence
These terms supplement the professional collaboration agreement. In the event of a conflict, the specific contract or collaboration agreement signed between the parties prevails.
